"Been here 7 years, Maintenance shows up if not the same day in the evening , they will first thing in the morning. Awesome front office crew and they live onsite, the only thing that makes these apartments wrong is you. The best place ive ever lived. No bugs, no rats. There are 99 pros, the only 1 con is the thin walls. Go to Lowes, or Home Depot. This place is definitely worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Tonya her receptionist is just as nice! "When i first got to Centra Villa apartments i thought i found a good apartment. This was my first apartment. I was so happy when i signed the lease, the apartment manager (Taffy Carruth), and her Co-Worker (Tonya) was so nice and loving. After that everything went down hill. Those apartments are very very thin. If you stay downstairs you can here people walking upstairs , if you upstairs people downstairs is going to complain about every little movement you do. The security is none existing, its an old man who comes only when its something simple but when you really need SECURITY they tell you to call the police. My first week out here my friends home got broken in too. A month later four guys came and broke into three cars and two apartments. The management team is extremely unprofessional. They will talk to you about other Residents problems and situations they let them know in confidence. The water bill is outrageous, it goes up every month regardless of water usage. Its a nice set of apartments but they really need a new management team, real security, and more installation in the individual units."
