The Alexander at the District Apartments 1750 Commerce Drive Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30318

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Lived here for a year and I was in the management office almost every two weeks for a laundry list of issues. No appliances worked when moving in, took for them a month to fix AC. Tenants living here have no class, non stop fighting, setting off the fire alarm almost every weekend and police on property at all times from breaking in cars to stolen items. Pool was never open - when summer started they started renovation although every time going there there was no one working on it. Public areas were promised to be uplifted, nothing was done. Several deliveries/online orders lost or stolen. Management changed like 3x with no handover to one another hence having started with complaints all over again. Not safe to live here. Neighbour above me moved in with two extremely loud dogs, management didnt do anything about it when addressed. Charging for all charges left and right, bills were inaccurate several months. No monetary compensation for any inconvenience whatsoever. Super expensive and quality is horrendous. Bathroom leaked and flooded the bathroom three times in a row after confirmed issue has been fixed. Items damaged still zero apology or reimbursement. State of apartments are subpar and there is zero investment in developing the complex. 3month after moving out, deposit never returned. The list could just go on and on… STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PEACE AND VALUE FOR YOUR RENT!!"

"The leakage was on going ever since we moved in February. The maintenance been saying the issue has been fixed, but every single rainy day, there’s leakage from the ceiling. I emailed and called management several times, but this never has been fixed or addressed as of October. AC goes out on it’s own several time. Internet wires gets messed up. Electrical gets messed on kitchen walls several times. Bathtub faucet was also broken and the maintenance said “we don’t have tools to fix this” and asked us to just live with it. We are just counting days till the move out day. This apartment is not been taking care of old fundamental issues, but rather trying to look “pretty” through “renovation “ such as adding wood cover on balcony wall or changing sink faucets to gold color."

"We just moved into “The Alexander at the District” last week and the whole onboarding process was quick and convenient with the help of the leasing team Gabby and Desi. Gabby was very welcoming and responsive during the process - She has done a phenomenal job answering all questions and concerns that came up before and after my move-in. The location is great so many stores and restaurants are near by! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others."
