"Maintenance crew of Jose and Omar are really fast and quick in solving any issues. I really appreciate their service. (my star review is only for the maintenance crew). For people who are looking to move in.. 1.If price is your only concern, this place has the best rate compared to all other nearby apartment complex 2. If you’re looking for amenities like gym, pool, pool play area, there are other options near to this complex, but the price will be much more. My experience in the last five years is 7/10."

"PLEASE READ I DIDNT TAKE THE REVIEW SERIOUSLY BUT I WISH I DID PLEASE READ!…..This place is a total letdown! Their website talks a big game about a sparkling swimming pool, a fancy fitness center, and a resident clubhouse, but it’s all a sham. The pool has never seen a drop of water, the fitness center’s been under construction for what feels like forever, and the clubhouse might as well be a ghost town – always closed during supposed office hours. Right across from my spot is the so-called children’s play area – more like a construction zone with yellow tape since I moved in, and zero progress. Laundry facility? Nope. I had to either splash cash on a washer or drag my dirty clothes to a laundromat. And don’t even get me started on the 24-hour courtesy patrol – more like 24-hour no-show. Maintenance is a joke. They bring in some third-party crew that takes forever to fix anything. The much-hyped professional business center? Good luck using it when the office folks are on a never-ending lunch break. Bottom line – the promises on their website are a load of bull. Living here has been a constant disappointment, and it feels like they couldn’t care less. Don’t fall for the trap – steer clear unless you enjoy being tricked into a headache of broken promises and false advertising."

"Omar is the Best! I just had to write a review! He’s really Great at his maintenance job. Whenever I have a problem in my apartment he comes right over with a great attitude and fixes the problem. He responds right away and does the best repairs. He also made sure that a washer and dryer that wasn’t ours was moved from in front of our door immediately. Thank you so much Omar. I’m so thankful for you. He has Excellent customer service and a wonderful Attitude. 5 stars"
