Extended Stay America - Atlanta - Duluth

"So I booked the hotel from Friday til Monday. My boyfriend checked in without me because I was at work. When I arrived at the hotel I noticed that the bathroom had a towel under the sink and a tub towel at the tub. I asked my boyfriend if he had showered before I got there and he said no. It was like that when he got in the room. I then noticed a lamp shade broken and sitting on the nightstand. We then tried to turn the tv on only for it not to work. So basically they gave us a dirty room with things broken. I contacted the front desk and took pictures only to be told they had no more rooms and they could only refund me my money. It was late and to find a new hotel would be work plus my money wouldn’t be available to book a new room for a day to 3 days being it was a Friday. The next morning I talked to a manager that moved us and was told to wait til Monday to talk to the Gm to get a discount due to being put in a room that was listed under repair. I called Monday before Che k out and was told there was nothing they could do cause he moved my room the next day which is bull. Definitely not satisfied and probably won’t stay at this location again. I had two kids with me and to go through this mess and be told there’s nothing they can do is wrong"

"This location is old. What I didnt like about my stay, there's no cameras outside or on the floors. The outside says no smoking, and the first thing you smell when you walk in is marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke. Thats what rules are for. This location needs an upgrade. The door coming in is broke."

"This is a one star hotel! The amenities are not provided! No pull out couch, no dishes! The breakfast trash! They worry about where people smoke a cigarette, but the whole place smells like weed! Drug addicts walking around! I felt my family wasn't safe! Charging different people different prices! Just trying to make money at the expense of families going through a hard time!"

"My fiancé and I have been staying in hotels for almost two months now because of mold in our apartment, and I have to say this is hands down the best one! The rooms are very clean with a super comfortable bed, and the ability to open the windows and get some fresh air whenever you please. The staff was always incredibly kind and eager to help with any situation instead of passing judgment. Randy and his entire staff are amazing and we will absolutely be recommending this hidden gem to friends and family in the future. Thank you for an awesome stay!"
