"The desk clerk working 2/17/24 was rude for zero reason. I walked up, started to ask what time breakfast was served, didn't get the question out and she answered. Hopefully she was just having an off day. The rooms were clean, but the beds are HORRIBLE. Felt every movement by my husband. And it was hot in our room. We ran the A/C and we still got hot at night."

"Stay away from this hotel! All the reviews (which are all bad) are true, especially the one about them stealing money! The Manager took a 100 dollars deposit in cash from me, and I never got it back. Hilton called the general Manager, and she told then she would send a check, which she never did. She probably believe that I will let it go, but I won't. I have recorded my checking out and we can see the clerk search everywhere, there was no trace of it. Of course, she put the money in her pocket. This woman is a disgrace to the profession! The question is how a lying General Manager who is a thief can be in this position? Also, rooms are never ready and you have to wait for hours get them, even if you are paying for them!"

"We arrived after 4:40, but the room was not ready. We even called in advance to get to know if our room was ready and got the answer yes by the receptionist. She was really rude and we felt like she’s looking down on us. She didn’t tell us how long it would take or truly apologizing. (She was telling us that she has already apologize with angry eyes.) I wanted to talk to the manager, but she left already and she told me she would talk to her. But we didn’t hear anything after that. When she gave us the room, we didn’t get any information like the breakfast time and so on. In the morning when we checked out, the manager was still not there, so I didn’t even get a chance to complain about the room and the rude receptionist. What an un pleasant experience!"

"this has been my favorite hotel but our experience this time was horrible. We waited for almost an hour to check-in. We understood that the hotel might be short staffed at the time we were there but sitting at the lobby for that long was fustrasting. The only compliment we had was the cleanliness. Otherwise, the bathroom was slippery, the AC was loud, and the shower head was screaming when we turned it on. This definitely our last time here. I do hope the management see my review and fix the problems they have so this awful experience won't happen to any customers."

"The receptionist is very efficient and courteous. The rooms are clean and the location is very close to restaurants. After dinner outside, we relaxed in the breakfast area and sipped a cup of hot tea to unwind from a day of hiking. If I have to pick nits, I would ask the management to update the breakfast area furniture."
