"I would only write a review if it is absolutely necessary and this is beyond believable. Firstly, It was 1020pm and no one was at the front desk. I stood there for 10 minutes until I finally called the phone number, which rang out. The woman (Michelle, the "property manager") eventually came downstairs from her little room. I notified her that I had a pet, and she told me it was an extra charge, which confused me because those "motels" don't have a pet fee. It's not stated on their website. I have stayed in other studio 6 where pets were free. She then told me that if I didn't like the fee, then she would cancel my reservation. She also said that the previous customer had the same problem and she canceled her reservation. Clear, y she doesn't care about the company making money, and clearly, she doesn't like her job. Secondly, when I got to the room, I couldn't believe it, I immediately took photos of the room. Stained and burnt bed sheets, sheets smell like straight-up piss, holes in the wall, dirty walls, hair on the bed! I booked this room for 4 nights, but I will only stay the first night since it's non refundable and then ask for my refund for the other nights because this is UNSATISFACTORY and i can not stay here. Not forgetting a very smokey non-smoking room. Higher management needs to step in and do an intervention into this location. Whoever upkeeps this property doesn't care about standards! ZERO stars if It was optional."

"When I walked in the door the desk was empty. I could hear someone talking loudly on a cell phone. I got the attendants attentions and she stated she was on her way. But I could hear her continue her casual conversation laughing loudly and giggling (not English speaking). Finally her phone call was over and she helped me with no mention of the 2 or 3 minute wait for her talking to her presumably friend/spouse. Curtain rod ripped from drywall before we got there. 1/2" gap under the entry door and you can clearly see out and people can clearly see in. Had to go back to the office because my key card didn't work. Curtain was mounted incorrectly and had a 2 or 3 inch gap at the bottom. Again see in and out with it shut. Door was savagely pried into by someone, sketchy. My Boston Terrier could pee harder then the sink."

If you're seeking a no-frills option that won't break the bank, Motel 6 studio apartments are worth considering."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! That is the absolute worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life! They have roaches even in the bathroom. Stove tops with only one knob for two eyes and the refrigerator didn’t even work so all of our food went bad and we were forced to eat take out every night for 2 weeks while maintenance never showed up. The property manager is very rude, disrespectful and likes to yell and scream about a dog taking a poop in the front of the property even if you pick it up even though in the back of the property is completely full of dog feces that no one cleans up and then calls the police and tells them she wants you removed from the property. Save yourself money, a headache and a possible charge because these people are DISGUSTING!!!"
