"I have been a resident at this place for 3 years but since the arrival of the new Hartley's, I have been satisfied mostly because of the staff. I am giving 5 stars just because the leasing office ladies are all amazing especially Masa. She is super patient and very respectful. She always has a smile on her face and she is understandable. Even if you are upset about something, she will make you smile. They also try their best to answer requests."

"Honestly I’m shocked with all the bad reviews here. In my opinion, everyone was really helpful and accommodating at the leasing office. I had a really good experience and talk with Grisely in particular, so I’d recommend speaking with her if anyone is interested. Overall though, I really like their facility and apartments and haven’t had an issue so far!"

"My 1b/1b NOT upgraded apartment is $1,900+ a month. That went up from $1,700+ when they began requiring their residents to use the wifi and cable provider of their choice. The wifi I was forced to change to has issues constantly. The cable they now require you to pay an additional $85 per month for is ONLY available through an app called OnStream, which is ONLY available on an Amazon firestick. The gym can fit a maximum of 2 people working out inside of it comfortably. The ‘sports court’ is very confusing, as there is no way to play a complete sport. They put a nice electric fire place out there, but then left in uncovered and unmaintained in the elements. It is not full of insects and does not light. They claim they regulate parking, but that’s a big fat lie considering the number of vehicles that are broken down (literally no tires, license plates/etc.) in front of my apartment building, blocking parking spots. Maintenance will enter at any day or time they please. I have had several instances where the maintenance workers will enter my apartment, and they are unable to tell me the reason they are even there!! They will take a look and patch something up just to say they did something. I have had leaks in my living room ceiling and bathroom ceiling. And most of the time they come because the apartment above or below me is leaking. And when they have to shut the water off to ‘fix’ the problems, it turns brown for the next few days. It will literally leave a dirt residue in my bathtub /toilet /sink after running the water. They do not have individual water meters so all residents share the water bill. My water bill was $99.99 last month, and I’m in a one bedroom! The last time I submitted a maintenance request for a leak and was completely ignored. I finally took off work to go to the office while they were there, and they lady pulled it up on the computer and said ‘yeah I see your request, I’ll send someone ASAP.’ Someone showed up the next afternoon. Same thing happened to my upstairs neighbors. Their floor has just been replaced due to the amount of flooding. But this is again them just putting a patch on a bigger problem. TRASH! TRASH! TRASH!! I am unable to go on my balcony because of the number of bugs swarming from the trash covering the property. The ‘valet trash cans’ are placed out for residents to put bags of trash in, but people will walk by and drop whatever they feel like in anyone’s trash can – and it will never get picked up. I complained about my neighbor’s trash can overfilling with loose trash and causing bugs, odor, and unsanitary conditions directly outside of the entrance to my apartment. As previous reviews have state, pest infestation is clearly an issue here. A monthly pest control fee is paid by all residents, but this service is not actually provided. The maintenance won’t pick up any piece of trash that requires them to get off the golf cart. It is very rare you see any employee do anything that requires them getting off the golf cart. I attached the picture of the blue box beside the AC units because as simple as it would be to pick up, it has been there since Christmas (11 months!). People throw their leftover food out on a nightly basis. I’ve seen maggots, snails, and so many other creatures swarm and multiple in this area. There is no security, and the gate is broken 99% of the time. People are constantly getting robbed/arrested. If you have any concerns and are unable to come to the office directly, you can forget ever getting a reply. They do not answer the phones or emails. I dare you to call them right now and see if they answer. They make you pay for a ‘parcel pending’ account if you want your packages to be delivered and not thrown on the floor. It's a joke that they’re ‘remodeling’ apartments when the building is on the very on crumbling around them. Kids here also love to throw rocks at cars. Pool was open for less than 2 months. Wires are hanging out of every box. I could go on about the horrors, but there's a character limit. lol :))"

She was so informative and gave us a great tour of the place! if you guys are looking into these apartments I highly recommend talking to Melissa, she is wonderful!"
