"DO NOT LIVE HERE. Worst property management ever. Lived here several years and office employees are constantly changing and getting WORSE. They will lie and say they did something when they did not. I’ve had them lie about emailing me and putting letters on my door. I actually had a maintenance man walk into my apt WITHOUT notice while I was getting dressed. Then when i said something to the office they LIED after the maintenance man confirmed they did not give any notice. More recently I just had one of the assistants lie about emailing me and putting letters on my door regarding a CONCERNING matter when I have a doorbell camera!!!! More affordable places around that are better!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I have been living here since 2019 and this is by far the worse management ever. Do not be misled by the pictures posted by the property as they do not reflect the state of this complex. They add unnecessary extra fees to the rent. We get charged $30/month by a so called valet trash in addition to the regular trash fee yet there is always trash all over the buildings on a daily basis. Let me not start on the roaches/ants that live rent free in some of the units, the cheap paint being used in the bathtubs and inconsiderate upstairs neighbors who constantly make loud noises. Another issue is the billing department which seems not to know how to calculate so overcharges you in a heartbeat if you’re not careful. I will advise you NOT TO DO AUTO PAY!! I recently transferred to a new unit a month ago after making me wait an extra week and resign the new lease because the apartment was not ready by the given date. They didn’t even bother to fix the loose/not working outlets nor old/dirty faucets and chipped paint prior to me moving in. I brought it to the attention of the manager who claimed that “she couldn’t find maintenance to fix it (yeah right!!) and would work on it”. Make sure to take into consideration most of the reviews before you decide to move here. It is really not worth it as most of the units and appliances are old. I guess you get what you pay for. They are very unorganized and do not communicate with each other in that office as you always have to resubmit/show proof of documentation pertaining to the unit you live in. When it comes to certain services, you will have to run after them for things to get done as they seem not to care much."

"Before you move in make sure you calculate and read everything with them because they will do anything to get you to pay more than you need to and then keep the money. They will never give you a credit even when they say you will have one for the following month. They just doing god knows what with your hard earned money. The manger is condescending and clearly doesn't know what shes doing i say this because every month since I moved in my rent has been miscalculated so i have to force them to calculate it again and when they’er wrong they do not take any accountability. Recently they have been forever to cash my money orders i believe on purpose because Im not going to let them just take my money. Worse place to rent ever terrible customer service."

"Managment has changed at least twice, grammatical errors in email communications, unnecessary maintenence visits and inspections, failed promises, missed appointments (with no notice), constant police supervision due to high crime environment, and the general maintenance of property is substandard and nasty. Trash is supposed to be valet but it's left out on a regular basis attracting all kinds of animals and critters."

"I lived here for years and now that I wanted to move out because of a divorce they are charging me close to $2000 and already cleaned my apartment for the next tenant ! I was informed if I signed a paper and since my lease was up I didn’t owe anything by the lady at the front desk . And you can’t get a hold of the bigger people to hear a complaint at all ! This is ridiculous I have to pay $2000 for a apartment that will be rented out so quick and isn’t even worth that money . When we moved in it the counters were falling apart and molded !"
