"The hotel and location is decent. Stayed here for six nights. The only issues I had: ice machine on the first floor next to the laundry room is out of order with no sign posted. The laundry door is unlocked at all times. The lock and lock mortise needs adjusted. Also the dryer hose needs to be adjust as it is not properly being ventilated to the outside. The rooms could use a full maintenance PM. Touch up paint does not match color on wall. Whole wall needs painted. Furniture in rooms needs cleaned. Soiled stains throughout. My phone did not work in the first room I checked into, nor did it work into the second room I check into. The second room I checked into, 272, (because I needed a microwave) has constant smoke odor. I asked Daniel to notate my account so that I would not be charged for smoking. I do not smoke. And the heavy odor suggests this is not the first time someone has complained of the odor. He did give me a yellow and black can of smoke odor spray. (It doesn’t help) Carpet needs cleaned. PTAC coils and filters need to be cleaned. Exhaust vent in bathroom should be cleaned. Sliding glass door handle need to be fixed or replaced in room. Tv remote control is dirty. Aside from these few things, Bed is comfortable and staff is friendly and accommodating."
"I lost my MacBook air when I got moved to another room,it was reported to the front desk but they didn’t do anything about it,not check cameras neither find me a solution. I never got my computer back and I had to reported as stolen. Rooms and location were good no complaints."
"My stay here was horrible and it started as soon as I walk through the doors of the property. As I was approaching the desk to check in. The manager was berating one of the housekeeping employees in front of customers. Then I check in to realize I'm on the second floor but they have no elevator access. I get to my room and it smells like somebody have been smoking, cigarettes and cigars in there for the last two decades. The sliding glass door that I had in my room that had a screen door I could not utilize in order to air out the room because the screen door was broke and had holes in it. Upon further investigation of the room, there were stains on every couch in the room. Proceed to the bedroom and pull back the covers on the bed and there was a bath and body works. Hand cream made up in the bed. The only good thing about the room was the size. Other than that it was horrible and the amount that they charge for those rooms I should have had a way better experience. I called to complain and it seems as if nobody cares. I even filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they didn't answer them. I will never stay here again."
"I am a remote worker and I work from 5am to 1pm on weekdays but breakfast is served between 6:30am-9:30am. My daughter has been bringing a plate with breakfast to my room while I'm working since we've been here for several days. Today the lady at the front desk stopped her from trying to bringing a plate of food to me in our room. I took a 15-minute break because she told me the lady was giving her a hard time but wasn't sure why. I went down there and was told breakfast has to be eaten in the lobby. They treat you as if it's a daycare or homeless shelter where you need to be hawked over. I'm a traveler and have stayed at hundreds of hotels and have never been told you have to eat in a designated area or you cannot have it at all as a paying GUEST. All this time it hasn't been a problem. It's an included amenity that guests should be able to enjoy as they see fit. There are no microwaves in the rooms and it's only one in the lobby. It's no problem to have to walk to the lobby to heat up food and take it back to your room but you can't enjoy your breakfast in your room? It counterintuitive and it makes no sense -- especially with as much as they charge. I've spent thousands of dollars in this hotel in the past. It's gone downhill and the staff has nasty attitudes now. I definitely won't be returning. Final straw."
