"Look, the hotel is nice and clean. It has a sauna and weight room, if that's what you are into. The pool is outdoors, so useless a lot of the year. But 3 things made me crazy, and I probably would not stay there again. 1. The toilet had some weird water saver flush to it. Most of the time it did not even flush. You had to push the lever down hard and fast to get it to work. Even then it was a quick flush, and even holding the handle down did not add extra flush. Other people in our party in other rooms complained about the same thing. Drives you crazy. 2. No microwave in the room. Why not? 3. The heater/AC unit was extremely loud. They cannot find better, quieter ones. I have stayed in many hotels, and this was one of the worst. Bonus peeve. No free breakfast, continental or otherwise. This is why I like staying in holiday express. Plus there was a flickering light bulb in the main area near the elevator the whole time we stayed there Fix it!"

"Our second stay, unfortunately both times the front desk personnel have been rude and unkind. One lady lacked in customer service,not a great welcome both times.However, the Asian receptionist has always been polite and curtious. Thank God that Ava at the Bar, and breakfast with Gladys ,Tani, Elena and Sam was outstanding,their service was impeccable. They have always made us feel welcomed with their warm smiles and cheerful personalities. They made up for the Receptionists lack of charisma. Even the housekeeping crew was welcoming and attentive to our needs. And not to leave out how well the hotel is kept, very clean . Please work on your front desk!"
