"We’ve lived at The Rey for over two years now and truly love it! The office is super accommodating, rooms are well up-to-data and modern. The neighborhood is friendly, and they host small event every month to get to know everyone. They have also made several improvements to the community over the last few years (e.g., repaved and painted the parking lots, added mail room lockers, updated the pool lounge area) which is so nice. I also want to give a huge shout out to the maintenance team here. We’ve had very few issues, but when things come up, they are incredibly speedy and timely. This is a testament to their organization and leadership, particularly their supervisor Danny. They are also always around keeping up with the communal grounds, and are always so incredibly friendly. We truly appreciate all their hard work in making our home feel safe and enjoyable!"

"honestly, this has been the best community we have lived in, yes the prices are a bit high but the grounds are always kept so clean and its such a wonderful dog community. The Rey will hold events almost every other month and I have gotten to know wonderful neighbors. Maintenance has by far been the best experience for me, Julio and Dani are always on top of everything and will fix any issue right away. they always welcome you and greet you every morning."

"I was little hesitant to stay here because of the ratings, however to my surprise this apartment was very good and its walkable to many good grocery stores and department stores. I just stayed here for 2 week, but the property is well maintained and clean. We stayed in a fully furnished unit and the place was very good. I would highly recommend this."
