"Living at the Grande Club Apartments has been pretty okay so far. It’s been a week or two and I’ve only had a few issues. They are not big issues, but I addressed them and a few have been fixed so far. I believe it would be a lot better however, if the management would walk through the apartment when claimed that it is move in ready. That would cut down on a lot of errors and making sure the apartment was actually cleaned. My apartment was not and my mom and I had to clean it from top to bottom. That was the only annoying thing so far. Other than that, so far so good."

"HOW can one live outside a hallway as dirty as this???????????? INCREDIBLE!!! I am glad that I don't live in this particular Building but it's very disheartening to know that NO ONE in management sees this incredulous sight. How can one bring Visitors to one's apartment with these sights????? IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! This is the Awful sight of the Hallways and Staircases in Building 4 and I am sure that it is same in other buildings.......It is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I can see why management will rather rent their apartments to some "set of people" who will not complain out of fear.......Real Americans will not accept this rubbish. How can one pay about $2000 for apartments with these AWFUL FLOORS????? SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!"

"I live in this apartment past 4 years Before everything was good the pest control always coming on time When do you have a maintenance issue they coming on time and fix it The past six months everything is so bad because of the new manager his name is Cooper he don’t know what is his responsibility more than 10 times I request a pest control from Cooper he said we change the past control company because of roaches all my cabinet drop off after that I go to the office I show to the manager pictures he was ignoring me. I lose every items He never fix this problem Also thank you for the supervisor of maintenance. He was great man. He said don’t worry about that. He’s say he was fixed He said give me a chance. when I find it, some used I will bring you The property manager is so rude and he’s not understanding. What is his responsibility. My experience never move it to this apartment’s"
