"Lived here over 8 years ago and reading the comments, it seems this place has both stayed the same and gotten worse. Some notes, those gates? Been broken for over 10 years, they're never fixing them. Roaches? Yeah they don't care and will drag their feet about pest control. Trash everywhere? Yup! Maintenence doesn't like doing their jobs. Awful management? Absolutely! The moment rent went from $800 to $1100 me and my family moved out because these apartments are 100% NOT WORTH what they're charging. It's in a bad area with even worse maintenance. Expect pest problems, AC problems, trash problems, maintenance problems... pretty much all problems."

"I don’t know how many times I have to complain about the gate not working. Im a single black woman living by herself who works overnight getting off work at 3AM or 4AM and I want to be able to come home and feel safe BUT UNFORTUNATELY the gate is wide open at 3:04AM ! I understand that the gate needs to be open during certain times but at 3AM .? There are no children getting picked up for school or any other reason why this gate should be wide open like that. You have already increased the Rental Insurance and Trash fee for your tenants ! If i were to pay my rent late y’all are ready to put and eviction notice on my door and kick me out of here but y’all can’t stay within contract with providing a properly working gate …? I have been living here for 3 years and this is getting ridiculous , I almost dont want to live here anymore , resign a lease, or refer anyone to live here because it seem like all y’all care about is collecting money instead of taking care of y’all’s tenants !"

"All of the one star reviews are true and I will go a step further and say the management goes out of their way to avoid the community here or atlease me from my experience and all I have done is called about maintenance issues and asked to be communicated with what is going on I am currently out of hvac it has been out multiple times this year and every year I’m here it goes out more and more and the excuses stay the same and the time for repairs takes longer and longer cannot cook or really anything because the apartment will go to 90+ degrees they make excuses about the hvac and do not jump to fix it or to even patch it to last for repairs instead they want to offer a window unit for a whole apartment and expect you to stay stuck in your room for months on end. like I just stated I cannot even cook so I have to spend extra money on takeout or going out to eat instead of eating the groceries I already paid for because the hvac doesn’t work and I don’t want the apartment to be too hot. the apartment is still roach infested, the same mirror has been broke for more than 3 years and they wanted to hold my move in date to fix this same mirror after I paid all the money to move here. When they have outside sources come to make repairs they make a mess and don’t clean it and the management is not descriptive with what is going on like warnings that it is not their maintenance staff coming to do repairs. I put in a maintenance request to fix a wall outlet that came out of the wall it’s been almost 2+ months and nothing at this point I don’t want to talk to management cause they just lie to your face or don’t care at all and will purposely avoid people. These same people at the office will try and argue with you over the situations instead of offering anything of value for the situations at hand and the problems you are going through. Instead they will raise your rent for it when nothing is updated and I cannot get good internet here you cannot even have the amenities that are apart of what you pay for. Also my apartment has black mold that the office casually blew off when I mentioned it 3+ years ago"
