It is very quiet; the landscaper comes out every week and does a great job; pest control comes out regularly; and the maintenance lead staff for this complex, Rinaldo, is always working hard on the grounds and responds immediately to any matter concerning your apartment. There are quite a few people who have been living here as long as me and some longer because this is truly a small community that is very humble, friendly, and there is never any drama. At night, you can hear a pin drop. The manager of this complex, Myriam, is always on top of everything and immediately responds to questions or issues. What I love the most is Myriam and Rinaldo always remain professional but they are genuinely caring people who both show benevolence toward our community out of pure kindness."
