"!!! READ READ READ !!! DO NOT MOVE HERE, the leasing manager only been there 4 weeks. That’s what she told me at least. Yes they are cheap but they are also UNPROFESSIONAL and do not cover utilities which is a red flag sometimes. I was in communication with renting an apartment here and that alone was terrible. They either put me on hold and hung up, interrupted me, told me they were too busy, & they never called me back. I had to call them to find out I was approved, I applied two weeks before my move in date and the day I was supposed to sign my lease the apartment still hadn’t even been looked at to clean. THIS WAS YESTERDAY & I could tell it hadn’t been looked at to clean because I went to view the outside myself (after they LIED & said they couldn’t show it to me because the specific person I was working with called out which they didn’t inform me of so I drove 25 minutes to them only to be approved by another company. Thank goodness!) anyway, I could tell because the door had atleast 6 business cards still stuck on it with old dust and dirt all over. The pool isn’t open and the laundry area also isn’t renovated for usage and they don’t know when it’ll be fixed. My welcome letter and leasing agent said terrace level. The apartment is actually on the third floor. Two stories below it the balcony is falling apart. (SEE BELOW) The apartment with red curtains is in front of the unit that I was going to move into. It gives the vibes of the ENTIRE place. Construction everywhere, dirty, trashy, wooded area. It looks like it’s filled with rats and roaches. They put all the money into the leasing office and it looks like trash. I will not be moving into this place."

"If I could give this place 0 I would. The staff is so dismissive and does not care. The only person worth talking to is Liz. I ended up having to renew but If you can go anywhere else please do. Going on my second year and they have yet to properly fix A/c and broken patio door along with many other issues. Every time I open a request they close it back up and mark it a complete when in fact no one has even shown up. On top of all that they charge monthly services that they do not actually provide. They do not care about the tenants or fixing issues."

"I just got off the phone with one of the leasing office personnel he was really quick to get off the phone with me and he hung up before I could reply. They need to update their availability on the website as well as knockrentals because it says they have availability now as well as availability in October. But the person on the phone told me they don’t have availability until November and December I’m like OK that’s fine I don’t plan on moving in today and then he said well there’s a waiting list and those people have priority over you, and so I asked could I Be put on the waiting list as well, and he said no because all the spots are taken. I stated oh, I didn’t know that the waiting list had a limited amount of spots, and then he’s like yeah we have no availability and then he said have a great day and hung up on me. I felt very rushed again really all I ask is that you say all the information in the beginning you have your automatic system tell people there are no availabilities you update your website as well as the link that your automated email sends out when they request information. I have been trying to contact them since Thursday last week every email that I have gotten has been the same email to check availability online and online it says call for details or inquire through email, please train the staff to be less curt and more informative. The reviews are awful anyway. I shouldn’t have even considered this apartment as an option to live in when I am not even a resident and they talk to you the way the man did to me."
