"I urge anyone to steer clear of this place. This place is terrible. Moved in in late November and the apartment had a number of issues including the heat not working. After 2-3 weeks of emails, going to the main office, and several calls to the emergency maintenance line, I *finally* got the heat fixed. All the other issues I've completely given up on. Lots of pests in the apartments. Some residents are gross here and leave a bunch of trash around (which is no fault of the property's) but they have no cleaners around so the trash just stays there. The hallways and elevators are gross. The security gates don't work. They charge a lot of fees including electricity for the "common area" and $100 for a cable/wifi package that you may not use. Multiple times I've tried calling in to the main office but their number takes you to a 3rd party who is able to answer nothing and says they'll get in contact with the main office but you'll never hear back. Have never had a single email responded to. It makes no sense that this place costs what it does for how poorly managed and gross it looks. The end of this lease couldn't come soon enough. Stay far away"

"So disappointed with unprofessional practices. Why can’t anyone call you back or respond to email. I’ve spoken to the answering service (always one person) so many times and left messages but no call back. I’ve communicated with email and received only one reply after waiting 2 weeks and then no responses to my follow up questions. Yes, my communications are polite and cordial. The leasing office has security at the door and insist on appointments only. How can you get an appointment if nobody answers the phone??? Plus, the violence, the dog poop is everywhere especially at the door gate way. Pathetic!!! Frustrated!!! Disappointed!!! Staff, please don’t give me that template response that you provide to all online reviewers. It is so disingenuous! Seriously, The number provided in the company response still directs me to an answering service. I left another message. Still waiting for that call back."

"Please do not move here. The place is filthy, and there is litter and trash everywhere. I don't want to say much more, but these pictures should tell you all you need to know. The main problems here are 1. There are no trash bins in the community, so people just litter everywhere. 2. Valet trash pickup is only 5 days a week, but there are trash bags left outside on days without pickup, so most days you will just walk past a bunch of stinking trash in the hallways. I couldn't be more happy that I finally moved out of this place."

"I toured with Miss Willie and she was so full of positive energy and very understanding of my needs for an apartment! When I decided to apply everything went smoothly and was aware my application process could take a week. Needless to say, I am now a resident and absolutely LOVE LOVE my apartment. I have an amazing view and my living room is very spacious! I will definitely be staying here for at least 2 years."

"If I could give zero stars I would! This place is absolutely terrible. If I can help anyone avoid making the mistake of living here I will. I have lived here since 2018 and this last year has been the worst living experience, however great before then. This place is NOT safe! 2 people were shot 8/30/23. The security doors have not worked in over a year and instead of fixing them there is security walking around occasionally. This prevents nothing! Trash is common here and they do not clean the halls. When trying to contact the leasing office they will send you to an off site call line to leave a message that won't be returned or not respond at all. I have had to resort to tapping notes to the door and still no response. Also, your packages will be stolen because there is no working security door and anyone has access if not placed in the locker (typically not). I have been over charged for my rent and even regional staff will not help to correct it, also unhelpful. This has been my declining MISERABLE experience and hopefully not yours! I hope this helps and I wish I would have known prior to resigning here"
