I've been in the offices plenty of times, I've called plenty of times and I've sent emails to former and new staff members, the maintenance crew and none my of my issues were resolved. Once Francisco was made aware of the living conditions I've been I since 2019, he immediately reached out to me and results were instant. This is the most comfortable I've been in the townhome since moving here. Thanks again Francisc!!"

"I submitted my application and payed almost $200.00. I have an excellent credit score, I have a job to pay for my rent, I have no evictions and nothing else in my record and they sent me an email denying my application. These people are robbers. They will not give you a place to rent, they will take your $200.00 from you. That is how they make their money, plus that $200.00 they say it's non-refundable so they can rob more people. Anyone coming into this location, please do not give them money and do not fill out their application. They will rob you and then you will have no where to live. Not a good place to apply."

"Today when I came back to my apartment everything is broken after I was in my sisters house. My kitchen light cover came off and broke. Then there is water coming out in the celling. Ice came out through the balcony. This is the reason why I rated this apartment complex 1 star."
