"Good morning This message is for whomever receives it. I have been a resident here a Rosemont brook hollow apartments since 11/2022 and i haven’t had any problems until 09/2023. I have been going back and forth with the office and the cooperate Titan about all the mishaps that’s been going on. From the mold, the mildew, the ceiling leaking in multiple areas, to me having to take off work to show the office manger and maintenance the on going issues, to having to now transfer to a new unit because of the most recent leak in 01/2024! The manger gave me a couple days to move my stuff out the old unit to the new one. Which i appreciate but like i told her I’m here alone and have no help, so i had to move the stuff all by my self from building 1 to building 2. I was informed my Stella (the manger) that all fees would be waived besides my light bill and gas bill and that my rent would stay the same at $1021. Here we are at the first of February and none of the fees I’m being charged make any sense. I have tried multiple times to get i contact with the office regarding these fees but no one seems to have an answer. I was informed my Stella that the newest property manger is still in training, which is understandable but i need answers. With all these back and forth and inconvenience i have endured i deserve to be compensated at a very generous rate. Within the last 3 months i saw the office promoting some sort of gift card for new residents the ranged from $250-$500 that i feel as if i deserve. Can someone please get back to me as soon as possible."

"The staff is awesome and willing to work with any issues. You may have to make sure they are resolved Angeles. The office manager is very easy to talk to, and understand the business. I can’t wait till next summer when the pool opens that might be the best part other than the lake."

"I was blessed to work with Angeles if I would give her a million stars I would! I walked right in with both my daughters and explained her my situation. I was approved for an apartment unit however it wasn't available until next month so I explained to her I was a single mom living in a hotel right now. She went over and beyond to find us an apartment available by the next day! Angeles showed us the apartment unit and it was definitely way better than the hotel. I was so relieved she was able to help us move in sooner I literally couldn't stop hugging her!! I'm so excited to be apart of these apartments with her support. Thank you Angeles you gave my daughters and I a safe place to stay at, I will forever thank you for such a blessing!! Angeles is literally are angel!! "
