"DON’T MOVE TO A BOTTOM FLOOR. The foundation at this property is messed up and the bottom apartments leak when it rains. My carpet on the whole backside of my unit gets wet when it rains. Maintenance can’t do anything about it because they said the foundation needs to be fixed. I’ve reached out to the manager many times but he won’t respond to me and he’s not in the office when I go to meet him in person. I’ve requested to be moved to another unit with no response. I love this area and the leasing agents and maintenance people are pleasant but there’s nothing they can do to rectify this issue on their level. The pool is always dirty nor does it have bathroom access except during office hours which is a violation in Fulton County and it only has a few chairs. Most of the exercise equipment is broken and you can only use it when the office is open. The grounds aren’t kept up. But for the price in this area, I can deal with all that except the flooding in my unit."

"After waiting since Novemeber to fix the hardward inside the toilet...Maintenence entered my apartment on Dec 12 2023 and placed the toilet hardware on my kitchen counter instead of installing it. I contacted Bow - Maintenance Supervisor and made him aware of what Maintenance did. Bow sent a Maintenance person to install and replace the hardware inside the toilet . Unfortunately after the install was completed we woke up to water all over the floor. The water line had needed to be changed."
"Upon leaving Unit 347 at Sirona Apartment Complex on Glenridge Rd. in Atlanta GA, I was sent a bill via email stating that I would not be receiving my deposit back and that I owe the MGMT company money. When I questioned why? I was told they had to paint the apartment for the next tenant. I lived there for over two years. They would have had to paint the apartment regardless. None the less, the walls and paint were in perfect condition. When I asked for receipts and photos the Company ceased correspondence. They had been contacted multiple times and no response until the Better Business Bureau was made aware of the situation. I was sent a letter saying to Contact Jonathan Vaughn and he would correct the account final balance statement. After contacting him he put me in contact with someone else (Allen Anderson) to rectify the issue. Unfortunately there is still a charge for painting on my final account balance. In addition I did have issues with service during my stay here. I had cracks in the bathtub for the last 6 months of my stay. I requested maintenance when the issue started, which they acted like would be taken care of, but after I signed another 6 month lease I could get them to take no action regarding fixing the issue. The 6 month lease they increased the rent by %30 (from $1575 to $1830) But property kept deteriorating. Only 3 of the pieces of equipment in the 8 piece cardio room actually work. Public Fireplaces and grills did not work for the last year of my time there October 2022 - October 2023. Pool is not maintained the way it should be as it is often very dirty. I also requested service on windows and doors as seals were broken and you could hardly see out of any of them regardless of how well the insides and outsides were cleaned. Nothing was done about this. The photos of the windows & sliding glass door seen here were from almost a year ago and only became less and less transparent as the issue worsened. "My wife and I left this complex after scheduling a tour for a two bedroom apartment. This wasn’t our first tour of the day but it was the worst. Immediately the receptionist seemed annoyed when we said we had a scheduled tour. He was very cold to us and kept asking me to repeat myself. I didn’t think much of it, but then another potential applicant came and sat next to us. He immediately turned to her and started using his softer “customer service voice”. She asked about the breakdown for the pricing and he said the fees include “water, amenity fees, and something else I can’t remember.” Once she left he asked which floor plan we were interested in. The sagebrush was the unit we wanted because it is technically a 2 bed 1 bath but the second room is an office and my wife works remotely. When we said that was the unit we wanted, he sucked his teeth and asked if we would want a 2 bed 2 bath if it was “cheaper”. My wife and I both work in sales. You never treat a customer like they can’t afford your product. We told him we aren’t concerned with the pricing and we liked that unit because of the office and square footage. He then said we could go look at unit 701 and that the door “should be open”. No offer to show us and we had to ask where to find it and which entrance to drive through. When we got to the unit, it was pretty hard to focus on the features because the washing machine closet was flooding and the bathtub and toilet looked disgusting. The exit inspection paperwork was also still on the counter in the kitchen. We’ve completely lost interest and my wife and I agree that if the receptionist hadn’t treated us that way at the beginning we still would’ve considered moving here."
