"Gunshots heard regularly requiring police response and detainees. County police helicopter often overhead. Appears over occupied with limited parking due to excess commercial vehicles crowding parking lot and fire lanes in evenings. Regular after hours drinking parties with loud music in back of parking lot often requires police to break it up after midnight. Management company office rude, bullying and nonresponsive. Trash, beer cans and bottles, and improper dumping strewn around perimeter fencing. Homeless camping along wooded perimeter set fire to underbrush resulting in fire department response. Vacant units previously have been broken into and inhabited by vagrants. Perimeter fencing often cut for tresspassing to adjacent properties. Exteriors, roofs, and lighting recently updated. Looks nice by day. Convenient location walking distance to near WalMart Nieghborhood Market."

"Infested Complex! It's a great location unfortunately they have a corrupt administration. The company shows a high level of disregard for African Americans, but they will fight you to prove it's policy driven when it's clearly forms of abuse of authority. You'll notice a lot of complaints from African American over the years with SPM. Tenants often rally in the evenings to discuss how to approach this matter, but they are nervous to deal with the corporate office, out of fear of retaliation and further actions taken that would harm. Good luck getting anyone with SPM to take any accountability for anything."

"This place has the potential to be amazing! The property manager is their biggest downfall. She does not really have the residents best interest in mind. Manipulative, belittling, gaslights, makes up things to assist her on strange and unnecessary agenda. It’s unfortunate that we have to suffer because she is not a professional “people” person. Everything else A+!"

"Apartment manager is horrible and they do not take care of the tenants. The managers are horrible and they have bad customer service skills and they do not fix anything in your house. Luisa is definitely the worst one and there is no safety they be having fights and they be having a whole bunch of arguments and shooting and the police have to be there every day. Do not stay there, it is horrible. Management is super unhelpful and dishonest. Sabra properties is who overseas overthink and I bet the other apartments are the same. Worst experience."

"Horrible… apartment management named Luisa Romero is super rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Lived here 4 years and never had any problems and we never caused any problems but since she came she’s threatened our peace at our home, escalating issues out of nowhere telling us she had keys to our apartment and could come inside anytime she wanted, banging on our door because of a little dinosaur that was drawn by my son and I and refusing to leave out of my doorway saying she doesn’t have to just creation all kinds of problems. She’s pretty ignorant and that’s what you can expect and then some from her. I would not move here again if she was the manager. The people in the apartments are good people though, it’s just the manager Luisa Romero."
