"I had moved into capella apartments march 2022. First of all, I can say when I moved in, it was okay I did have roaches in my kitchen, But the biggest problem I had was trying to get my security deposit I moved out on March 19th and a month later April. I didn't receive my security deposited I call the manager she gave me an email to a lady named Abby she did help me to try to get my security Deposit . Because every time they say they sent it to my address it never showed up. So we resolved it by sending it to the apartment When I open up the mail to look at it to make sure everything was correct, I was missing some money and when I went back into the office. We both figured out. Me and the manager that someone had put in the system that I moved out on the 29th whereas I moved out on the 19th. Also one thing I did notice as I was about to write this review I was reading someone else's review. And he was stating the same thing He was having a problem with his security deposit So I guess i'm not the only one The reason i'm writing this review now is because I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but the apartment complex is okay but if you dont want to have problems with your security deposite I'll advise you to try to look somewhere else, but the office manager is nice."

"I absolutely love my apartment. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance. The community is Hispanic based and they’re very welcoming. However, the leasing office is not too keen about having black people in this neighborhood. There’s a lack of customer service that I’ve experienced and witnessed involving another tenant who was black. The trash is constantly overflowing into the street. The pool is closed on the weekends."
