"Not a trustworthy company or establishment. There is a woman at the front desk, she wears glasses and has a neck tattoo. She has a horrible disposition, her customer service is the worst and her attitude leaves a lot to be desired. Not to mention they change their prices at the time of booking. They charge you an incidental fee and never refund it. When you complain they say “they won’t charge you at your next booking.” The rooms have roaches and floors are dirty. A room that I have reserved went from $65 online to $112.00, that’s a $47 difference. They are a bunch of rip offs. There are a couple of hotels down the street that has the same price every time you reserve a room. Out of 10 Rooms- 4 Customer service(neck tattoo lady)- 2 Customer service (rest of staff)- 9 Location- 8 Price- 3 Shady business practices- 10"

"Listen. This place is HELL!!!! We, me and my kids were here for a year. And the service is HELL! For the year we stayed here management is terrible. For the first 6 months we never paid “late fee”. The management at the time never charged us. Between front desk “Joyce and Tasha” they pick and choose who they will charge extra fee for. One night can be $60 and the next day it’ll be $70. They will even charge you for TOILET PAPER! You don’t even have room service unless you’re requesting it or if you’re checking out. THE ROACHES become family. Smh. However I was capable of constantly clean my room because that’s unacceptable. To request to have someone come and spray was like asking for the stars and the moon. Tasha “manager” lives in this hotel on the back side and when it’s AFTER HOURS when the front doors are closed she doesn’t like to answer phone. (WHY IS THERE A NUMBER IF NO ONE IS GOING TO ANSWER?) and when she does answer by whatever miracle it’s a problem and tells u “next time have your are”. Ma’am it’s after hours for a reason!! Anything can happened. A new guest could be coming in after paying for the room n have no access. And “SECURITY” is terrible. One minute they had security the next minute they don’t. And all they do is sit in their car. RACCOONS live outside u can see them at night just in and out the trash, by the light pole hanging out. They tow peoples car without giving everyone whose in house a warning or anything. And play in your face and say “well we were going to get fine if this car or that car wasn’t moved….” The same way they were warned ALL RESIDENTS should’ve been warned as well. There’s a few other residents who still live there 1 plus year and get treated differently and pay a STANDARD fee vs up n down fees. Regardless if they pay late or not. Overall my stay there was a nightmare and I only stayed because MY KIDS had a good school, transportation isn’t far from work and you’re in the middle of everything but that place IS HELL. And if u make a complaint it comes back to Tasha, it never gets to Corporate because it’s privately owned and they never know how to get in touch with the area director manager. (Manager who lives in building, General manager who also lived in the building at times .. we had a few, and than it goes to area manager) and AGAIN nobody cares and all the complaints routes back to the front desk unfortunately…"

"Stayed at this hotel last year and the room they gave me was horrible. It was unfinished and the lights didn't work. Door wouldn't work. A maintenace man was in my room for 4 hours, didnt fix the problem, left the light fixture undone which is a safety hazard and quit the next day (he told me he was going to quit because he was treated so poorly by staff) so nobody ever came to fix it. Front desk staff was very inhospitable. Ive seen them be nice to others but never to me. I'm a very light skinned black woman and all of them are darker than me and I am convinced their attitudes toward me was because of Colorism. There were ongoing maintenance issues and noise issues. every time I came to address these issues I was met with dismissal and annoyance. Eventually I moved to another room and it was OK. I left the property and returned 7 months later. I was checked in and the room was dirty. The door stopped working. The shower wouldn't get hot because a previous maintenance man had wired it wrong. The maintenance man had to fix all these issues and when I came to express my frustration with this being the second time checking into the hotel with all these issues, I was told that there were never any problems with the room before (despite the fact that the maintenance man acknowledged that there was an issue with the shower, took pictures of the dirty room, and had to fix the door.) met with looks of annoyance and told that I could check out and they would refund my money or they could move me to another room, both options which didn't work for me because I don't have transportation to move my things or time to move rooms when I'm supposed to be working. I realized that the woman at the front desk didn't care so I asked for the name of the general manager to speak to the next day. Booked my room online, came down to verify, and was told by evil Tasha that the hotel wouldn't allow me to stay anymore because of me being on a DNR list from my previous stay and because "of the way that I was talking" to the unsympathetic front desk associate the previous day. When I explained that anyone would be upset when paying money to lay their head somewhere and theres constant issues with maintenance and nasty workers, i was told that i was never supposed to check in because of being on the DNR list. Which they never told me. Which is negligence. Which is illegal. When I asked to talk to the general manager, I was told she had been fired and that Tasha was now in charge. It's clearly retaliation and abuse of power. Reading these other reviews it's evident that the higher ups don't care about this property and the front desk staff knows it so they are really comfortable mistreating people. Even their own. They've gone through at least 3 general managers, security guards, and maintenance men in the past year. I'm suing this property for negligence and discrimination. Hope the power trips were worth these womens jobs because they'll never work in another hotel again after I'm done with them."

"The only reason I gave this one star is because of the woman at the front desk. She was kind and accommodating. Now, the rooms were a hot mess. There were stains on the walls; old food or something. Reeked of cigarette smoke. I booked a non-smoking room, was able to get another one, and ultimately asked for a refund. That’s how bad it was. There were cigarette marks everywhere. I felt gross just standing in the rooms. There was something on the bathroom walls that I’m sure was vomit or worse. It was absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend this place unless they tore it down completely and did a full rebuild. Take your money elsewhere. You have been warned. Editing to add: The photos are not how the rooms actually look! Somebody call Nev Schulman because they are catfishing like crazy."
