"Update 01/13/24: New loose dog just dropped. Leasing still won't do anything and calling the cops doesn't help as they'll only come if the dog is being aggressive. Again, be careful leaving your car! I visit a buddy of mine pretty often for game night and every time I go there's a dog or two off leash. For example, there's a little black German shepherd a dude runs with that tends to bolt across the street. There's a few pitbulls that used to be off leash. And there's also this little black dog that's pretty friendly but runs up and down the road as folks drive by and no owners are in sight. I'm allergic to dogs and as friendly as the dog might be, I really don't want them running up on me. Warning for those visiting, check your surroundings for dogs before you open your door! Other than that, the apartment complex seems nice but there are construction issues in the apartments from being old and maintenance just bandaids it rather than actually addressing the problem. Be sure to check your apartment for problems and have leasing fix as many of those before moving in because they will not care after."

"I just Moved in back in March. My apartment itself is really nice and I love The location. Minutes from Buckhead and lots of shopping nearby. The apartment has Upgraded appliances, fresh paint. It’s a newer building so it looks nice. And it’s huge at 950 sqft. That was the main selling point for me. However the complex as a whole isn’t that great. People leave bags of trash on the street instead of by their door in the trash can provided. And management does nothing about it. Makes the complex look trashy, literally! The back pool just opened (in July). When I went To check it out, the water looks dirty, far from “sparkling”. There is dog poop all throughout the complex which is also something management does nothing about and dogs running around without leashes. Lastly, the walls in the apartments are paper thin. Oh and might I add, ROACHES. Lots of them. UPDATE! Adding a photo of my immaculately CLEAN apartment since Chatsworth loves to blame the residents for their problems. Will update this post as the situation unfolds. Been dealing with roaches for over a month. Chatsworth will not let me out of my lease or do more than spray every week (which clearly is not helping as the problem continues. BEWARE! Believe the reviews. I wish I did. If you reach out to the property management company don’t expect a reply! Roach photos and videos coming soon!!!"

"I have lived here since 2006, different units but in this current one since 2012. I can say this is the best management there has been. They maintain the property clean and their always trying to fix the gate even though it does not last long. It not there fault. Residents need to be more respectful and abide the rules of the community. I recommend Chatsworth to be your new happy home."

"Chatsworth apartments is the 1st home I moved to after relocating from another state. I was a bit nervous, but Thania and Melania (leasing office/management) has made this journey an absolute blessing. Their professionalism, patience, care and passion for the community and its residents made a difference in this new chapter of my life. Everyone in the leasing office and maintenance is respectful and hardworking. The community is safe and they work hard to make sure residents adhere to policies so that we all live in a clean and peaceful environment. If I could give a 1,000 stars I would."

"I have currently resided here since May and was here when Silverpoint Management took over. Although ECI seemed to be incompetant; ie telling me on my move in day that my apartment would not be available because an employee had moved in to it and giving us another apartment with the condition that all cabinets would be replaced in June (which is when they sold the property) Silverpoint has been far worse and the community has continued it’s decline. There are PEST issues seemingly in all the apartments, giant RATS surrounding the trash compactors, and the management group does not complete service request for months even with repeated visits to the office, emails, and phone calls. When reaching out to the corporate office directly, they are completely unresponsive and have ignored the 6 emails I have sent. Additionally, phone calls are automatically directed to voicemail no matter which prompt is selected through the corporate number. Each time I have spoken with or emailed the property manager, Thanra Alvarado, I have been met with what I can only describe as disdain and condescension. Even the leasing, Sonya, has hung up on my roommate when reporting service request over the phone multiple times and, when addressed, said there was no point in further conversation. Whether service requests are submitted online, in person, over the phone, or via email we are always told they will be addressed only to find out that they were forgotten or marked as complete when they have not been. I’ve attached pictures of the GLASS in the grass which I was told had been cleaned up, the green pool (pictures taken Labor Day weekend) which I was told “is not green”, and trash throughout the community and dumpster. The management seems to be trying to renovate apartments and scrape by until they can sell to the next company without investing anything in the residents living here. The pest issue is one of the largest prevailing issues and has been met with complete incompetence. We were told that our building had a GERMAN COCKROACH INFESTATION by the service team and immediately submitted a request for pest control in the portal. Pest control has NOT SERVICED OUR APARTMENT for over six weeks even when submitting a request every week! When calling the office we were told that THEY FORGOT and the next few times that pest control CAME TOO LATE TO SERVICE our apartment. All of this accompanied by our window being broken and not repaired from 8/21 to 9/24. Completely unacceptable. I had hoped this apartment would be a home but has ended up being an incredibly disappointing and disgusting place to live. There are no excuses at this point for the conditions of this community. Yet, excuses are all that management will give you. When reporting this and giving notice, I was told sorry and that I would be charged termination fees and the full notice to move and have not received a response to emails since."
