The Grove Chamblee

"Look at the reviews... All either 1 star or 5 star. I am pretty sure all the 5 star reviews are faked. Grove is a terrible complex. The list of things wrong with this place is endless... Trash valet service is a scam. They don't pick up the trash daily as promised, and then will fine residents $$$ for leaving trash outside the corridor. Even though THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO PICK IT UP!!!! Corridor outside of my unit is always flooding. They patch the leak but never fix it properly. So the leaks keep repeating every month! Maintenance requests are extremely slow. My HVAC has already broken twice in the 1 year I have stayed here. It takes months for someone to come fix. And when they come, they do some hacky patches rather than fixing it properly once and for all. So issue keeps coming back again and again. I am so glad to be moving out of this place. If you care about your sanity, please DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"I had a major leak in my bedroom this summer that took them FOUR MONTHS to address. Not just one drip at a time, a constant stream of water during the rainy season. Now the leak is back and I can tell the whole process will be starting over again. You will have to hold their hand every step of the way to hold them accountable to doing their own job. I shouldn’t have to pay over $1600 a month to be exposed to mold and wake up to water drip torture."

"I had a tour this morning and saw a classic style apartment it was cute and not bad at all stainless steel appliances & W/D included. Brandi and Kesha are so nice, Brandi showed me around and had good information on the area as well. I liked the community vibes, I may apply if I get this job nearby for an easy commute it’s down the street from Marta!"

"On the hunt for a new place, I came across this hidden gem. Transitioning from a town home to apartment style, I wanted something that felt secured. During my visit on a Saturday, I was able to tour the facility and see both one and two bedroom units. I instantly fell in love with the individual designated parking decks per building and the fob access to the elevator and gated stairwells. Breezeways were clean, and the elevators smelled really good. First impressions are the most important for me, and I was very pleased with the tour and overall experience. I noticed it wasn’t many units available(which is a good sign), so I instantly applied. The application process went smoothly, and the property was very communicative during the process. Can’t wait to move in!"
