"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Do not move here as they will add a balace to your account months after you move out and not tell you a reason why. They have added a balance to my account 5 months after I have moved out and reported it to collections. I have proof of a zero dollar balance upon moveout BUT NO ONE is answering the phone. I have called over 45 times to the complex and no one is answering the phone. I have sent plenty of emails with no response. I have receipts of everything with no response! I have even emailed and called the property management group Pegasus Residential with no answer! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I will be taking legal action if no one responds. Once again. DO NOT MOVE HERE Update: LEASING OFFICE MANAGEMENT IS REALLY RUDE AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE WHEN I CALMY ASKED FOR AN EXPLANATION FOR THE CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT. Stated that they lost the funds $300 on my account as they do not know what they have done with it that I still owe $300. Once again do not move here!"

"This is the absolute worst place I have ever rented. If I could give less than one star, I would. As of writing this, we have been without AC for over two months now and the leasing office refuses to do anything about it. We have opened several formal maintenance requests through the system, tried to call and email the leasing office (which we haven't had any responses), and still nothing is being done about. There are SEVERAL units in our building that don't have AC too. They also don't pick up the trash like the should using a valet trash service. It is normal to see trash sitting out all over the property: in the hallways, on the ground, gathered in corners and around trees. Absolutely disgusting. And there are not even trash dumpsters on the property to take out our own garbage. This is all happening too after they raised our rent almost 40%. With all the hidden fees and and ridiculous monthly charges they have ON TOP OF the rent they quote you, it's absolutely ridiculous how trashed this place has become. Definitely do not rent here and you can easily find a better place."

"The management here is horrible. My apartment was flooded with water and black mold ( no fault of mine) they did nothing to resolve the issue. Not to mention the shootings and violence. Nothing luxurious about it."
