"They are ok but none of maintenance speaks English. The leasing company has changed the policy so you can renew if late, they refuse to work with ppl to contribute to homelessness and when you are late you not only have to pay whats late but you also have to pat the next month with it. roaches, gun shootouts bullet went through a neighbors car several of them. mail box has been broken into. no guard walking around or driving around at night, the valet trash pick up when they want to."

I definitely recommend the whole staff was very helpful and communicative towards the whole process my apartment was renovated and looked really good! The apartment complex are a nice and quiet community. Very thankful towards Geraldine for helping out so much during the process I decided to stick to these apartments!"

"Beware of fake reviews … they are just trying to lease their new “upgraded” units while neglecting residents that already live here … dirty community and it’s becoming gang infested with graffiti, drug deals and gun shots at night. … they charge ridiculous fees outside the lease and it is dirty community renters beware"

"I just moved here on Saturday. This community seems to be good so far. I have no complaints about the staff in the leasing office. Erika has been so helpful with everything leading up to the day I moved in and even after. She took the time to do a walk through inspection with me upon moving in. My last apartment didn't take the time to do that. Although I love the vibe of the complex, Erika is the reason I decided to move to Las Palmas. She is very sweet and has awesome customer service skills. I really appreciate everything she has done to make my move easier."
