"Since signing my first lease in September of 2021, I'm now on my 3rd apartment at Arya Peachtree and I have nothing negative to say. The staff is always helpful and if not available, gets back to you in a timely manner. Maintenance requests get attention usually within 24 hours. Amenities are nice and usually kept very clean. No issues with the parking deck being broken into. We always feel safe. No real issues generally with any neighbors. 5/5 stars! Also, Devin is probably the nicest/helpful leasing agent you will find at an apartment building. His willingness to help find what suits your needs goes along way and is refreshing from some leasing agents who you can tell just want their commission. If you want to apply for an apartment here and get Devin, rest assured you are in good hands."
