"Weird how this place has 4.1 stars yet I’ve been calling & going to their website for YEARS & getting “We have no availability” over the phone to being asked to be put on a waitlist online for every single unit. If I call & don’t sound hispanic no help for me but my homegirl can call & sound the part & get the info needed. This has been for two years & now all of a sudden the reviews go up because they put a lil asphalt down. Yeah, Norcross is overrated….period. Just scroll down & find the real reviews! 2 stars for the lies"

"I lived here for 3 years the manager Sandra was really nice person, she has a lot of empathy and Maria was always there to help but the maintenance guys they don’t know how do the jobs, the neighbors really disrespectful people, they didn’t respect privacy always drinking and a lot of cockroaches even if you clean the apartment. When the new company bought the property they acted like the apartment were a luxury complex I moved out because my family bought house but if I can give you a recommendation if you can find something better than this don’t move in forest vale you’ll regret it"
