"The unit I live in had some internal leakage issue, the maintenance associate who had came to repair the leakage has dug the ceiling and left the entire place messy for 5 days. I have attached the picture how the maintenance team left the floor for 4 days, We ended up in cleaning it and got breathing issues with the dust. With my experience I see a lack of responsibility in taking care of the maintenance request. Management can do better with maintenance."

"I live here for a few years now. It is a great safe and clean place! The one thing I like best about this property better then other is there landscaping. When friends and family stop by they always talk about how meticulous the apartment looks. I would tell them the crews are friendly and polite! They keep the property look clean and pretty. Love the flowers in the front! I love this place bc they do such a wonderful job keeping the property appealing!!! Not so sure who does their landscaping but the trucks says AmeriScapes. Well done!!! Keep up the work."

"River Oaks is a great complex and community. There is proximity to a variety of shopping centers and stores. Our application and move-in process was handled smoothly and swiftly. However, the complex has a history of being plagued with poor property management. It is my experience and observation that the team of Carolyn and Aujia, working with the maintenance team lead are what redeem River Oaks today, and make it a decent place to live. I must add that these two were CRITICAL in resolving an HVAC issue that affected my current unit for quite some time, and it couldn't be any more comfortable. I strongly advise, for the success of River Oaks, to keep this team intact. Get a better maintenance team (aside from the team lead) that is all around knowledgeable and that would make things better."
