"INFESTATION - COCKROACHES - SANITARY ISSUES - TRASH - GNATS I have lived in this property for over three years and have watched it be run to the ground to the point that there is a cockroach infestation. I have emailed management countless images and complaints over the last year highlighting disgusting practices, including food trash being left in the hallways overnight - they are fully aware of the negative impacts that their lack of action is having on the health and safety of their residents. Maintenence and external pest control have stated that the building is aware of a specific unit that is causing a cockroach infestation and used words such as “filthy and disgusting” to describe the state of the unit in question. Management refuses to remove the residents due to them being inhabitants under corporate housing and “lack of awareness” on their part. Cockroaches recently became visible in other spaces surrounding the unit of concern. The staff in the building is aware that there is an infestation and provided the response, “They’re going to be given one chance to get this right or they will be out.” Previous management has stated that fees were issued to the unit for trash violations and that information is available to current management. In addition, I have provided email documentation from the last year highlighting communication with the previous management team surrounding the ongoing issue. Yet and still the current management team claims that they do not have any documentation of previous complaints and issues and action cannot be taken. In addition, the trash chute has been unavailable for almost a year, which has resulted in residents leaving their trash in the hallways for pick up and gnat infestations have been present in the overall development. Residents use their balcony’s as toilets for their animals where days, weeks and months will go by with feces and urine accumulation. The sanitary and infestation issues are very real and management is unwilling to take proper action to address these concerns. I caution anyone looking to make 7712th your home."
