1045 on the Park Apartment Homes 1045 Piedmont Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30309

"I never leave bad reviews because generally it’s not the managements fault. That’s not the case with this one. The area is great and wonderfully walkable. It’s a dream location and the rooms are generally spacious and nice. That’s where the good ends. The rent has gone up insanely with zero dedication to quality for the tenants. it was 2100 a month for a two bedroom 2 years ago, now it’s more like 2600-2900. The elevator is constantly out of service. it’s been out multiple times this month alone and is out for days at a time. the fire alarm goes off consistently around midnight to three am multiple times a week. The alarm has gone off twice this week alone with no fire. The alarm is so loud it hurts but the residents have just stopped leaving the building because we no longer believe there’s even a fire anymore and the fire alarm is more of a safety hazard than a safety feature because no one believes it anymore. If you have pets don’t even bother trying to live here, the alarm is so loud I can hear pets crying in pain down the halls. My ears are ringing as the alarm went off for 36 minutes just a second ago and there are nights it goes off 2 times or more. It’s gotten to be embarrassing to live here as we are all constantly on the sidewalk looking like a pack of cheap hookers for every neighbor to see. No other building near by has an issue like this. When you try to contact management they are unresponsive and unreachable and ignore virtually anything that isn’t a payment. I hope this review is a wake up call because I’m sick of my wake up call being an alarm that’s supposed to protect me. I’m surprised there isn’t a class lawsuit from someone at this point."

"Was moving in, homeless guy tried to steal my stuff. Been three weeks and no ones fixed or reached out about the problems found when I moved in. Floor was flooded and no ones has come to check the apartment nor reached out after multiple attempts. Do not move here!"

"I would agree that the location is great. I lived there for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, the management and customer support/service makes this place extremely below par. I can’t count how many times I have had to escalate issues to get no reply or responses that would make government housing in a third world country look amazing. I summarize the situation as having a useless warranty, it gives you the warm and fuzzy but when it comes to needing it (the management in this case) is only worth as much as toilet paper. I implore anyone to seriously consider my feedback and feel free to reach out to me directly for specific examples to support all the points raised above. You can’t say I didn’t warn you!!!"

"A smaller community in Midtown which makes living here that much more enjoyable. The leasing office can be unresponsive at times, however, they always manage to solve your problem quickly thereafter. Maintenance is wonderful to work with whenever you have a service request. The gym is AMAZING and the personal trainer who owns it is very friendly and engaging!"

"Where do I start, 1045 on the park is an amazing apartment with very helpful management. These apartments are located on the prime location right near the park, nightlife and restaurant. Yes it is not a high rise apartment, but it is a spacious apartment with upgraded amenities. Property Manager - Lenora Woods is very professional and communicative, the first day she started her job. She contacted every resident personally and provided her cell phone number so if there are concerns we can just text her or call her. We had an incident with parking situation, I contacted her and she got it resolved in less than 24 hours which I can't say about any other apartments I have lived in. Service Manager - Brooks is a quick and a very helpful guy. We had issue with our Washer and Dryer, After opening a Service Request Brooks replaced them brand new ones within a day notice. I would HIGHLY recommend for anyone who is looking for an apartment in midtown."
