"Never look past the bad reviews they are all true. Circulation and humidity problems. Old painted over units. Nothing is cleaned. Such as your vent baseboards windows before move in or between residents. Broken drawers, resurfacing has bubbles inside the Cabinets . The whole tub is going to peel and be gone by week 2. They will not even let you pay to resurface through the company. I am to assume they owe the company money and can only schedule so many because they are in debt . I have worked in property management. It gives their trying to cut a lot of corners and save money and it’s costing them occupancy, and actually lasting results. These are nowhere near upgraded finishes AC, washer and dryer and or dishwasher all guaranteed to go out. You are guaranteed to go without them for months because they complex doesn’t have the parts to fix them. work orders are not attended to for 3 months to the end of your lease. Management is a Revolving door always different property managers, assistant manager , now leasing agent. The company has no integrity towards their residence, nor employees, which is why no one stays and they get rid of the people who try to make it change because that means they would have to change as well. The next person who needs to leave is Amanda. Corporate needs to be more knowledgeable of what’s happening and be held accountable. This is 100% the worst mistake you will make by leasing here. The Type apartment where you don’t mount your TV or set up Furniture because you know you leaving soon"

She was very knowledgeable of the community, and answered all our questions. She made us feel like we belonged, very comfortable like we were already at home."
"*I'm writing this review as an applicant/future resident. Before you read, just know I have not lived here, yet!* I have loved my experience with Atlantic Ashford so far! My roomie and I recently applied and got our move in date, and the leasing office has been very helpful and very patient from the very start. There were some hiccups and mess ups (on our part, not theirs) and they were always willing to work with us, be patient, and help us move forward so we could move in. Terrance has been very helpful with the application process as well. I'm looking forward to moving in this month!"
"Terrence Robinson were amazing! Terrence has great customer service, he makes the tour fun, and interesting. This one tour experience I will give a 10/10. Terrence explained the tour in details/depth, he walk me through each and every vacant unit the complex has, and just made me feel like I were a resident already. Terrence is one of the main reasons why I will be applying for a unit today. I also referred two other prospects to come tour the complex that's in the market for an apartment. "My husband has been visiting the administration office of this condo since last Tuesday, 03/10/2023. Going in person every day, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday he called. A simple request that is not answered, my neighbor from the apartment in front of mine moved on 09/23/2023 and leaving behind some bags with a lot of garbage in front of my door, the garbage is smelling very bad and also attracting rodents and insects. It's been 14 days since they don't collect the garbage. We have a garbage valet that collects the garbage in the apartments regularly, but due to the excessive number of garbage bags they did not collect and left a notice on the door of the apartment that is unoccupied on 09/24/2023 saying that they would not collect that garbage. In other words, once again the office complying with the tradition of not serving the residents. Not caring about the well-being and the responsibility of the obligation of the exchange between landlord and renter."
