The communication sucks .they'll say we will reach out to you by this day and next thing you know a whole week to a month has came along .. you haven't got not one call or voicemail about what you paid for. I don't think we will be here for long."

"Do not live here! Management and the environment is disgusting! They take forever to fix stuff essentially ripping folks off! A/c has been broke since I moved in March and they drag their feet to fix emergency issues. Will be breaking my lease and possibly suing! For folks who live here, don't just write a review call the news and don't pay rent, sue if they try and evict you. All are my next steps! Make these folks understand this is business Update May 2020: Praise God for the changes the complex has made. The apartment is under new management and is 30 times better!!! Maintenance comes in a reasonable time and management is quick to respond to voicemails and emails particularly Richae who has been awesome! The residents here still could use some work but given the location it's kinda expected but they now have security that walks around which is a plus. The complex in my opinion is going in the right direction it may take some time to gain a full 5 stars but its definitely a more decent place to reside. 2022 UPDATE: The priorities of this complex has changed. They're more focused on the wrong things and not fixing the right things. I've recently received a notice there will be a pet inspection but my fire extinguisher has been expired for two years, I've requested maintenance for my bathrooms for the past year. Mind you they don't inspect for anything else like checking appliances such as water heaters or a/c units are working properly, pest control, etc. If you wanna feel like a college kid living in a dorm where someone has to invade your space to check for meaningless things when there are a million and one other things that need to be done then this is the place for you. Can't wait til the housing market get backs right, but it might just be my time to go and just dish out more money for quality! Be aware this area is "changing" I hope they consider changing this environment too. Its still not a safe place for kids and guns shots are heard at least twice a month. If you move here it might be best to simply stay to yourself that's what I've been doing for the past 3 years."
