They are professional, organized and responsive. We can be sure any concerns will be handled quickly and efficiently. "I have replied to your head office twice and still no reply from anyone about my situation with my refund. I was told by your office to delete my reviews and they will send me my refund I really don’t take bribes.l have pictures and videos of the apartment flooded out before I move in, I also have my receipts of the U-Haul truck that I had rented and have to keep for extra days because of the inconvenience I had went through."

"I had paid all the fees to move in including my rent and deposit, I pick up my keys for the apartment at the office, I went to move in the following day and the apartment was flooded with water so high you could swim in it.I told them that I am not no longer interested to stay and I want all my money back, they say they are not sure if I can get back my admin fee or my application fee. I did not even get a chance to sleep there even for a night because of the flood in my apartment so why are they still want to hold my admin and application fees"

"I rarely leave reviews but I’m very disappointed in my experience with this leasing office. I complained to them for months about a pest problem I had in my unit. I bought products they referred to me as well as requested pest control multiple times but the issue became out of control. I was told by the leasing manager Karla “why would I transfer you if you’re going to take the pest with you.” I’ve never been disrespected as such. This is after the assistant manager did a walk through on my unit and stated that I wasn’t the problem and it WASN'T an infestation. I lived in this unit for 8 months, I saw no bugs in that time span; to 10+ every night I came home >>>after I got a new neighbor."

"If you can find somewhere else, please go. and the price of rent doesn’t match the living over here. the gate stays broke 3/7 days of the week and they wanna include the pool as being apart of this community but that’s a lie. since may 2023 and it is now September, the pool has been open about 10 days or less out of the whole summer. At first, it was “ok” to stay here but I’m definitely ready for my lease to be up. Just go somewhere else if you have the time. oh yes and the pictures, is not from being resident being nasty, It’s from maintenance not keeping up with the apartment."
