"The hotel is mediocre at best. The staff, the little bit I did see seemed nice and friendly. The room had a good appearance, yet the bed was awful and left me crippled the next morning. A long with the smallest pillows i have ever seen.Wifi was pretty poor (but most don't go to hotels for the wifi.). The bathroom was another story, there was hair wrapped around the offered shampoo bottles, mold on the shower curtain and terrible water pressure. The tub part of the shower was so narrow and no grip on floor. I almost slipped and fell a few times. I understand this is a lower end hotel but the basics should at least be covered."

"This hotel gives motel vibes from the outside, but the rooms are pretty clean. The blue furniture in the lobby needs to be replaced or pressure washed because it smells like Febreze Spray heavily sprayed over a stench I cannot name. Other than that, this is a nice spot to stay at for a weekend."

"Stayed here for a single night for a trip to the Atlanta Zoo. The staff were polite and attentive when we checked in and the room was clean, comfortable, and had the simple basics we needed. Issues: the couch in the initial room was missing the pull-out mattress which made it uncomfortable to sit or lay on. There was a big crack in the sink (which had been patched) and there was water damage around the shower and bathroom door. But, there were no bugs, no smell, and otherwise a good stay. Would stay again and would recommend. The fitness center has basic weights and treadmill, and the indoor pool was clean."

"We used the conference room space to host a meeting, and the customer service for our group was EXCEPTIONAL! Any special request made and everything that we needed was provided for us timely, from a simple request. From management, to the front desk, to the maintenance crew, ALL were hospitable and accommodating. The conference room was set-up perfectly according to what we requested, working equipment was provided as requested, facility and conference room was clean and well equipped, expectations of the venue were reasonable and clearly communicated, and our overall experience, as well as, our expectations were exceeded. "Wow first impressions was awesome. I walked in to get a room and immediately got treated like I was the most important person in the lobby. Best experience I ever had checking into a hotel and with my job I stay at a lot. Room is spacious and clean. Wonderful place."
