"Front desk person was friendly. Asked for a non-smoking room which according to the signs, are all 2nd floor. Place seemed to have a film of nastiness on everything. I was awakened at 2:am by cigarette smoke and loud music by the occupants one room over. I did not complain because anyone who doesn't respect the rules or anyone else in general doesn't have the ability to understand. If this type of behavior occurs, generally it's because management has allowed this type of behavior in the past and doesn't care either. I travel a lot throughout the USA and this is an area I will avoid in the future. Not much sleep and sore throat in the morning."

"I stayed in this hotel room I checked out I left. I ended up needing the room again. I came back I checked in. I asked for the same room that I had 308 when I return to the room upon inspection, I noticed that the sheets had not been turned down, they only put one towel back in the bathroom and just the overall cleanliness of the room. I noticed that the phone had not been connected to the outlet in order to make and receive calls overall four out of 10 the receptionist was wonderful the turndown service or housekeeping zero do better"
