"I strongly recommend you to move in the lovely apartment. The building is brand new but no strange smells at all. The unit is really large with gorgeous views. From our home, we could enjoy the outlook of the forest towards sandy springs. I also really love the management team here. Manager Max can remember all residents name and they will warmly welcome you in elevator."

"Definitely one of the most beautiful apartments in the Atlanta area. The amenities are great and the leasing office, maintenance and concierge staff is great. The rooftop pool has a gorgeous view…although I wish it was than 3ft Pros: location, design, gym with steam and hot sauna, quiet, secure environment , staff professional (I love Shawn!!) Cons: approval process with Approve Shield, guest parking restrictions, allowed guests for amenities , can’t reserve amenities for events"

"One of the coolest places I’ve lived in. Has all the amenities I could have imagined and an amazing vibe, that I didn’t need to step out much or get additional memberships to have a good time. Very secure as well, needing a key fob to access every few meters. And the staff were friendly too. Overall, there’s something to love for everyone here and the rent for this place is justified. I did deal with some uncultured neighbors like ones that would drain their dog’s pee onto the balcony of their downstairs neighbor and ones that would get intoxicated beyond their capacity and yell at the top of their lungs from their balcony at the middle of the night. Guess no amount of money can buy common sense for some folks and you may find them anywhere."
