"Although my stay here was relatively short, I would recommend this community to anyone. Charelle was super helpful and the maintenance staff (Erik, Yousef and Mohammed) were all amazing and caring. The location is simply amazing and you can't beat all the amenities 1105 Town has to offer. My favorite part was going to the gym after work. 10/10 would recommend."

"Really upset about living here. This building is a dead zone for cell phone service and its $2,600 a month and we have bugs in our apartment. our apartment is super clean.We are still in our lease and have to continue to have small bugs in our apartment. This has been going on for months and has not been resolved. It is 30 degrees outside and we have these little ant/beetle looking bugs in our apartment so this is just a failure to get rid of the bugs. The maintenance have came out to help but it doesnt fix the problem. We will not be renewing our lease."

"Yousef the maintenance man was absolutely amazing to work with. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure our daughter was able to move into her apartment despite the overwhelming amount of obstacles she faced with her apartment not being move in ready as promised. He even allowed us to use additional dolly’s because the utility elevator was down.We were shocked that he checked on us and repeatedly apologized throughout the long day. I texted him throughout the day including at 11pm and he responsiveness was unmatched. Yousef saved the day after our 5hr delay. Thanks for putting the customer first!"
