Packages aren’t secured in individual lockers but are stored in a shared room accessible to all residents, leaving them vulnerable to being taken by someone else."

"Daemeyen was wonderful! Actually all the staff is amazing. Super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. After living here a month, I have minimum complaints. Super happy with my choice. I’d give it 5 stars if the elevators were faster and the walls weren’t so thin. I can hear every song, alarm, and baby crying from all neighbors but I make it work. The staff, cleanliness, and ease of parking make it worth it. Safe community."
