Manager will definitely be away from providing any actionable services, what he insists is only its your personal stuff, we can’t get involved in and he will say he has been trying to solve it but just can’t guarantee. 2. Weed is spread the building through AC, so you can’t use AC if you need. 3. Thick wall and floor, poor soundproof"

"We recently moved into Evergreen and really enjoying it so far. Very nice and quiet community in a great location. The management team has been wonderful from application, move-in to post move-in. The maintenance team led by Barbara has been particularly good. We have had two issues so far and Barbara/her team was very quick to resolve it for us."

"Don't move here. Lived here for 13 months, had water shut offs several times per month for the first 8 months and then sporadically for the remaining months. My hot water heater burst in the middle of the night, flooding my apartment and the two below me. The first floor neighbor told me it was the second time this had happened in the past year. Hot water replacement guy took out the old heater, looked at how old it was and said "wow this should've been replaced a long time ago". The amenities that you pay for aren't worth it. The pool was opened for maybe a month and a half over the entire year, because of the "ongoing water issues". The laundry machines barely work, many times I pulled my clothes out of the washer for them to be dripping wet (meaning no spin cycle) and then had to run multiple dryer cycles to get them dry, which was nothing new, even if the clothes were mildly damp, the dryers needed to be run multiple times. Which wouldn't be terrible if it didn't cost money for each cycle. Tried to end my lease early, they wouldn't do it. Told them I was looking for new places to live, but still got charged for two months AFTER my lease ended because I did not provide written notice of intent to vacate. This place is lipstick on a pig. Front office pawns off issues to the next person and then they stop replying. Do NOT move here. The only redeeming quality is the maintenance folk. They're the one star."
