"They have roaches and they have terrible communication. Our Air conditioner broke and we told them PLENTY of times and they still NEVER came and fixed it. So we had to buy our own since they never came. I’ll never live here again 0/10."
"I have no idea how this complex even has 3.6 stars it’s 1.5 on yelp which makes more sense. I’ve lived here 5 years. It was really nice when we first moved in the office staff was great. But they’ve switched owners a few times and I’m assuming the new owners are trying to fix it up which is nice but they leave existing tenants with unresolved repairs while still inflating the rent. The office staff today is horrendous, I have no idea why they even work with people they really need to be replaced. I refuse to speak to them on phone, If you live here get everything in writing."
