"Honestly, 0 will be better than 1 star. The only reason I'm here is cause I can save couples $$ and is my last lease here .This complexe is a big trash , all the buildings are old. They are n1 in faking work : so when you request a service in your apartment they will send you a confirmation email later that the repair staff stopped by and fix your issues, but No is a lie, also looks like they are short in the work staff. Please don't move here, don't waste your money thet don't care at all about you as tenant . But funny thing we pay rent and if the place is vacant no one will work at the leasing office rigth!? But the leasing office workers are so careless, do your job. Please don't move here ."

"I have lived here for over 3 years now and I am sad with how the apartments have gone down over the last year. In December 2022, my kitchen sink clogged due to residents pouring grease and food down the sink. We do not have garbage disposals in my unit, so I am confused why people are throwing food down the drain. I put in several request to have the issue fixed, I had to purchase my own personal water pump to keep the sink from overflowing for weeks. The smell was horrible! It was smelled liked sitting water and collard greens juice for weeks. I literally would have bowls of water and my trash can full of water to dump for 3 months.By then, mold was growing around the wood in the kitchen, cabinets and counters are ruined, along with my utensils. I requested a mold inspection ( which they sent a member from maintenance to inspect), I was confused why an actual mold inspector was not sent. I requested the counter to be replaced because the wood is swollen and I was told they will not replace my counter because I am still an active resident and major renovations are reserved for new residents. They sent a paint crew to cover up the damage on the counter and drawers and the sink was eventually repaired. I did speak with management in person to voice my concerns and request compensation off my rent. I was told to still pay my balance in full to avoid and late fees and compensation could be discussed later. I followed up with the manager several times only to not be able to speak with them and no adjustments were made and the manager at the time did not follow up even though I provided my contact information multiple times. My previous neighbors moved from across the hall in July. However, the unit seems to be a local hangout spot for the local neighborhood kids. My whole unit has consistently reported to the leasing office about the vacant apartment being unlocked and people essentially squatting in the unit at this point and sometimes they would send someone from the office to lock the door. Unfortunately, no one is doing their diligence and checking the windows or patios because the kids are there almost every night playing music all hours of the night, doing drugs, dirtying the lobby all the time. I have experienced issues with roaches in the past and generally when pest control comes they roaches are gone, but these past couple of months the roaches have been increasing and this is after I did a regular spray and a deep cleaning. Whatever poison was sprayed, it’s like candy to those roaches. This is embarrassing and unsanitary. The section I reside in use to be quiet and not that much activity with the neighbors in my unit. Lately, the grounds are dirty, especially in the back area ( some of this is due to parents not watching their children) broken glass, installation scattered around the area, trash all over the place. I cannot tell you how many times I have been woken up out of my sleep in the middle of the night, or early in the morning because someone is having an argument, or altercation with their partner. We just got a new gym on the property, but the kids are playing in there all the time making it difficult for other residents to use the equipment. We have a nice size laundry facility, but a majority of the units do not work properly at any given point. I cannot say that a renewal will be in my future. I work too hard and pay too much in rent to keep a roof over my head to feel unsafe and uncomfortable."

"Yes these apartments are definitely the worst y’all try to make it look nice and stuff on the outside but on the inside hell of roaches and stuff charge for pest control but where are the people to come spray and stuff people want a place where the can call home come to and be happy not with some many problems that yall don’t even care to fix !!! That’s crazy to me my ac have been fixed but they did it in the worst ghetto way where my ac runs all day unless I cut it off. By the breaker box people don’t have it like that where they can pay a high Georgia power bill along with paying y’all high rent well"

"Today they shut our building's water off for a non-emergency without notice. I was in the middle of a shower (and without getting into too much detail, I was extremely dirty and needed it). I called the office 25 times before I finally got an answer. They said it would be back on shortly. It's been hours now and it's still off. This is not the first time they have given little to no notice about shutting the water off. This is technically landlord harassment, and I have filed a complaint with the attorney general and better business bureau."

"Literally thee worst apartment experience I have ever had! I have been here 9 months I put in multiple maintenance request over the last 9 months and someone came out once a month ago! NEver came back to fix any of my issues! While the price is really affordable it’s not worth what you are getting. Thin walls, nasty nasty nasty neighbors! Thin windows , water from rain come in all the time. The AC UNIT BROKEN. Bathroom- I can’t even take a bath! The tub has been peeling since I moved in and when ever I take a shower I’m standing in water. I have gone to the office reported my issues via the portal I have literally done everything I can think of beside pursing legal action against these ppl. DO NOT MOVE HERE!"
