I enjoyed my time of being a resident at Laurel Park and I came to know the staff here as a family they are truly a valuable asset to absolutely any Resident. They are honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, Jennifer is an impressive Assistant manager who is always accountable for the Property. Her knowledge of Leasing and expertise in Property Management was a huge advantage to the entire Community at Laurel Park . Along with her staffs undeniable talent, Laurel Park has always been an absolute joy to live at. The Leasing and Property Manager are true team players, and they always manages to foster positive discussions and bring the best out of other employees and Residents. Without a doubt, I confidently recommend any person who is looking for a Great Community to live come and see the team at Laurel Park Apartments. "DO NOT MOVE HERE! This was the absolute worst apartment that I ever lived in. The water heater would go out once a month and would sometimes take several days to fix. It's great not having hot water when there is snow on the ground... The worst part is that when summer came around, my AC broke and went unfixed for 3 months before I filed for my lease to be broken because it is 100 degrees outside and I have no AC. I called every week and was told it would be fixed. When I went to the management office I was laughed at and told that I need to be patient and understand that they only have one maintenance person. After 3 MONTHS of this I gave up, put everything in writing and moved out. Now, I just got notice that they put an eviction on my record, put collections against my credit report, and now I am being harassed by a debt collector saying that I owe the apartment complex $3000. All without an email, phone call, nothing. Save your money, peace of mind, and well being by not staying here. Very sketchy people who obviously don't care at all about you."

"DO NoT Move here, the staff is unorganized and very disrespectful. The buildings here keep catching on fire. My first month of living here a bullet was shot through my house from my neighbors house. The management didn't do anything about it. I filed a police report and they still didnt do anything. My unit was also broken into. When I moved in we had no air for an entire 2 months. My heat was also out for 3months during the winter. new management company taking over every 60-90 days. I have been very disgusted with this neighborhood. You have to harass them in order for things to be fixed."

"So I recently moved from these apartments about a month ago, I have read the other reviews an I just honestly can't relate... I didn't even want to move, I even renewed my lease! I never experienced a car break-in, my apartment wasn't bug infested, no toilet problems, an my heat an air worked just fine, an I had great neighbors! I would definitely recommend these apartments!"
