"I waited a few month after moving in to see if the "Luxury living" that's advertised while touring for the first time is not just a facade. And to be honest they delivered. Maurice and Raquel from the leasing office have both been great to work with. Super helpful, quick to answer and followed through with anything they said even MONTHS after I moved in. Maintenance guys have also been super quick to come in, you don't have to call back or submit a request 1000 times like I have seen with other leasing offices. Do it once and they show up right away. The units are nice and the entire building has smart locks. The community is pretty quiet and the amenities are fancy. This place is like a hidden Gem close to the interstate and not far from plazas with restaurants, coffee shops and the hospital."
