"I am facing a lot of issues with the new management of this place. They seem to have no concern for the safety of residents. First, they disabled the key fob function for accessing the building, which has made it very easy for strangers to enter the premises. Moreover, the amenities that we used to enjoy as tenants are never available now. I went to the gym with my friend today and had to leave abruptly because a homeless man was staring at us. When I informed the management, they offered no help! Apart from this, the garage has been broken for almost two months now, and it is going on a third month. MY CAR WAS STOLEN RIGHT OUT THE GARAGE DUE TO THIS!!! When I reported the incident to Michelle, the staff member on duty, she initially had an attitude towards me. Later, she apologized, but I could sense that she was overwhelmed by the number of reports she had to handle that day because it was ALOT. When my boyfriend and I called Brandon, the manager, the next day, we did not receive a satisfactory response from him. He just kept saying i didn’t know. He had no clue about it and was not helpful. This is disheartening. I’ve been a resident for 3 years and the old management made this place great but this new management is the worst. DO NOT MOVE HERE. RUN!"
"This apartment does not care about the safety of its residents. Cars keep getting broken into daily due to the broken car garage. Leasing office promises it’s being repaired but nothing is done. Really getting tired of this. The apartments are fine, but it’s a major safety hazard. I don’t want to have to worry about my car getting broken into every night. PLEASE STOP BEING CHEAP AND REPLACE THE DANG CAR GARAGE DOORS ITS SIMPLE! I don’t even want to renew my lease here because of the issues with safety. The leasing agents do not care. RUN AWAY!"
"Overall, my actual unit is fine everything that I wanted fixed or completed has been done since I moved in. my issue now is the broken garage doors that have homeless people coming into the garage late at night which is not safe all just to have access to the garbage that the tenants are throwing out on a daily!! I have never seen a security officer my car has been broken into. I called the leasing office asking when this issue would be resolved and never received a call back or email or anything. I moved here in July 2023 and have not complaint at all but now I’m starting to get frustrated I pay toooooo much rent to have broken equipment and no security. I’m not understanding why cameras arent at the entrance gate recording vehicles coming in and out so we can know who is responsible for breaking /damaging the garage doors …. We recently received an email from the leasing office stating that someone was going to be there for the next couple of days to fix the garage doors It’s been over a week and the garage doors have been down for months now I’d like to say before Thanksgiving."
"Important for current and future tenants: be very careful when moving out because the leasing office will not send you a final bill. They will send it directly to collections. That's what happened to me. After receiving a collections notice for a bill I never received, I reached out via email to the leasing office and Michelle G. wrote back and said "I apologize I thought that I sent the moveout statement to you." Let's set aside for a moment that mistakes happen. In this case, I was never given the opportunity to pay a final bill after moving out, she sent it directly to collections, and "thought" she had sent it to me. In what world is it fair or legal to send a bill directly to collections and bypass the former tenant completely? I can't help but think this was intentional and done on purpose to damage my credit. They had my email, my new address, my phone number, and I'm on an email thread with the leasing office team where they could have easily sent me the bill. I was a tenant for 6(!) years here and this type of shady behavior is shocking."
