"My experience was definitely impressive. I was moving to Atlanta, GA for work purposes and I was not able to locate apartments that met my expectations: new, updated appliances, quiet location but still close to the city; variety of amenities, etc. I saw this location online and it was exactly what I was looking for and was also in my price budget. Micheala, the assistant manager who assisted me during this process was the most supportive, knowledgeable, kindest person I've ever worked with in regards to leasing staff members. She made me feel at home before I found I was approved. I am just a few days new to my home but I am confident that I will enjoy my time living here. Even the gated garage brings safety. The amenities give me little reason to leave my home as much and the floor plans and setup of the home is aesthetically beautiful."

"Jamaal ( maintenance) is very helpful and pleasant. I had an issue with my filter and he came and got it fixed right away. Any other complex you’ll have to wait 3-5 business days to get maintenance to come and fix a problem but NOT here and I love that. The rest of the staff is amazing as well !"

"At first I was skeptical about this place due to some of the reviews I've been seeing, but I always like to go in and experience things for myself. I'm really glad I did because Michaela was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. She was super patient with me, very honest, answered all of my questions, and gave me a good tour of the entire building. Kitty was also very patient with me over the phone. I am so happy to call this place my new home!!! Shoutout to the staff here they are the best."

"After being here for almost two years and when it was brand new, this place went from good to way down hill fast. As of recent, I no longer feel safe or cared about as a resident. Should I mention that around 8 cars have been stolen from the parking garage? One of them was mine. Several were behind the "key-fobbed gate" and a few in guest parking. The only notification we get on these matters, if we get one, is to "lock up our belongings".....Our stolen vehicles are our belongings too, being straight forward with what's going on in our complex would have been much more helpful. It seems that there are no extra precautions being taken and that this has quickly become the projects, expensive ones. Also, there's been major staff changes with no update on who is who, lack of cameras, lack of security, lack of an ounce of care for current residents and now it seems like anyone is approved to live here, including criminals. There's no sense of community, no events to meet your neighbors anymore. The previous staff was much more personable and thorough with everything like changes around the property, hosting events and saying hello. Lastly, the apartments are so cheaply made. Very nice looking, but the quality is lacking. As fast as they are building these complexes, this may be the case for majority new complexes."
