"Tried to call 4 different times with no answer, and when they finally did answer I was told a different price than what's listed on all the websites (not theirs cause they don't have one, everything is apparently done through mail and in person). Listen to the reviews from people who live there. I think I dodged a bullet."

"The best part is the price and location. I was here for 4 years bc the price was great and I was traveling a lot. Honestly the neighbor is safe but the sounds from the liquor store plaza took a year to get use to. Ms.Jenkins is the worse land lady and maintenance is even worse. I was there 4 years and never had a screen for my porch after repeatedly asking and requesting. Simple things like my bath needing to be replaced or grouted didn’t happen for 2 years. The ac unit for my unit had needed replacing for years all they do is tape it up and get it running for short term instead of just replacing the units that are old. In the summer I would sleep mostly in my living room bc my room wouldn’t get cool air but in the winter it was ok bc I didn’t have to run the beat as much. Recently the turn over in apartments had been high bc if Ms Jenkins doesn’t like you she won’t renew your lease or will find someway to get you out of it. The pool opens half way thru the summer and at her discretion. The laundry room closes at 7 (or whatever time the guy who locks it decides which is usually before then, which isn’t good for working people. The maintenance guy doesn’t like doing actual work and will argue you down that the problem is fixed when it’s not. Ms.Jenkins even lies about the availability of the property as I knew of two empty units in my section for months and continuously lied about it and placed who she wanted to in there. If you can even get an application and you get approved make sure you have someone come in and test for mold, they will hate it but it’s necessary, trust me."

"DONT MOVE HERE! These apartments are horrible and old nothing is renovated the heat does not work, they don’t fix anything in a timely manner. ( the garbage disposal is still half fixed).The lady is never in the office until it’s time to pay rent. They sent me a letter yesterday the 29th of January with the date of the 27th of January, stating that if we don’t want to renew the lease we have to give her a 60 day notice by February 1or we will have to Pay a fine. So I wrote the 60 notices last night and she’s not in the office and the drop box is locked I repeat DONT MOVE HERE"

"These apartments were built in the early 70's and are over price for the condition inside the apartments, the outside landscape is kept up just for show. Management is ran like a dictatorship, very unfriendly and no one is allowed to communicate with the corporate office, even with major issues. Their tenants are not allowed to use the clubhouse for any reasons, even though they are charge amenities. The pool has unreasonable restrictions and each year the rent goes up and a extra fee is charge."

"I've been trying to rent from this apartment complex for about a month now. I'm only giving it one star because the community is nice. The lady that works in the office is very rude. She hung up in my face. I never yelled or cursed. She said it was nothing she could do to help me. My income was never verified. There is no number to corporate, not even a website. You can never get in contact with her. Communication is through U.S mail. I'm a server so I make cash tips that's not added to my year to date for whatever reason(I don't do my check stubs) but my tips are on the check stub. ''They'' couldn't use that as my income. After all of this I would never give them my money! Thanks for nothing!"
