"The staff has been great! From the time applied, Melissa and Arielle made sure I got in , and then after moving in I met Kesha and she is awesome as well ! The community is well kept and they always answer my maintenance requests fast . Sorry I don't know any of their names but they are awesome. I've been here almost 1 year and I've resigned my lease. I'm glad I moved from where I was I made a great choice . Thanks !!!"

"Hello to the management of this apartment do y'all have any based on income one bedroom because when I pull you all up when I pull up based on income for one bedroom y'all pop up if y'all not based on income y'all need to switch this if y'all don't have the one bedroom y'all need to switch this y'all need to tell them to take you off the list"

"Friendly staff, clean home & a quiet neighborhood. During the day, children are out which is expected. They’re supposed to be but at night it’s quiet and peaceful. My apartment was nice and clean when I moved in. I did see ONE dead bug but I sprayed my own spray and have not seen anything since. So far, I love my home! Arielle was really nice as well and kept me updated through my approval process and helped on my move in day."

"The assistant manager was really helpful over the phone. Her name is Keisha she stated when I arrive she will show me a physical unit (not a virtual). I drove two hours to Avalon Ridge to see a unit and once I got there I was approached by another female leasing agent who refuse to show and was really rude and very adamant for me to turn around with my kids and to go back home. She was not apologetic or didn’t even offer to tour around the property instead, she just was adamant about sending me back home because they were not offering any physical tours.( Did not seem welcoming at all) I drove two hours for absolutely nothing and for the expenses of gas I should have been accommodated or just offered a tour instead.. (Unfair deal) Honestly I couldn’t turn around easily because I had just drove two hours into town to see something I couldn’t see and was told I could. While standing in front of me the leasing agent called Keisha over the phone and Keisha mentioned we had a scheduled tour. Thats when the rude leasing agent went to the manager to tell her that Keisha had scheduled me a tour which cause more confusion. Keisha was great it was the staff that was not helpful at all. I means if you have a ready and clean unit show it!!! That’s your job!!! and stop using the excuse of Covid as an excuse it 2023. I explained several times I spoke with Keisha and was told that I can see a unit when Keisha arrive in the office the manager stopped her from showing me the unit said it fair housing because they haven’t showed any one else but honestly with my two hour drive something should have been accommodated. This happened on January 20,2023 and I have noticed any of Cortland properties that is more expensive living is showing apartments but their tax credit apartments (low income) they refused to show low income apartments which is definitely against fair housing laws and definitely needs to be investigated soon. (Unfair deal)"
