"I’ve been living here for almost 3 years. Never had any complaints. The office staff are always friendly (s/o Dez and Morgan) . My neighbors are respectful. They keep the common areas clean. Any maintenance issue has been handled quickly. Recently put in two maintenance request, not only did Omar call me before coming (as I requested bc of my dog), he completed everything within 24 hours of the request. So satisfied"

"Loved living at Live 8 West - it's in a cute spot in West Midtown and very close to nice restaurants/cafes! Morgan, Desiree, and Omar were always super helpful with logistics or maintenance questions. The apartments are super spacious and have lots of windows for natural sunlight. The gym is amazing with lots of machines/free weights. Also overall the apartment is very clean and well organized. Loved living here for 1.5 years!"

"I have been living here for almost 3 years now and I am extremely Impressed with the current Community manager Morgan. I came to her with issues that I had before she started working here and she came to me with solutions. She was kind, patient, understanding and supportive. She hit every point that I mentioned and was able to resolve all the issues the best way she could. Omar the service director had the fastest response time I’ve ever seen. He talked me through the steps he was going to take to address my service request. When he came he was very informative and knowledgeable. Everything is now fixed and solved and I just wanted them to know how much I truly appreciate them for making sure I feel at home!"

Desiree is absolutely fantastic she made my move-in experience wonderful moving from the suburbs to the city for the first time I was really nervous, but i’m so glad that I did it. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Omar is the hardest working maintenance supervisors I’ve ever had! The property manager Morgan is always so helpful and friendly. (she even help me set up my apple pay on my phone to use the micro market ) as well, . their newest team member Elmo also a delight he’s so friendly. i’ve lived at many apartment homes before , but Live 8 West is truly a community. "I absolutely love this community. Relocated can be stressful and Elmo made this process so easy. He offered a video tour and just his excitement for the community, its amenities, and proximity to places I know immediately I wanted to call this place home. A couple weeks later I am here and was immediately greeted by the entire staff with open arms.
