"DO NOT move here! They overall nice apartments and great neighborhood but once they get you in they don't fix anything. First issue I had was my stove caught fire had to call the fire department only for them to clarify it was a electrical problem from the stove that I called about when I first moved in only for them to come in and unplug it like that was gonna fix the stove. But the property manager comes ip with her own conclusion that it was a grease fire trying to say the fire fighters was wrong she also told me I was gonna be responsible for paying for the new stove. Which I DID NOT!!! They did not come and paint where the wall was burnt or the cabinets even after I called numerous times about it. Been there a year and the walls are still black. Second issue my dishwasher went out it's been 3wks since maintenance came and said he had to order a part. It's starting to stink because there is water sitting in the dishwasher. I've been calling almost everyday to the office about this only to be toly d let me check and I'll call you back. Never receive a call back. In between waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed I notice mold on my wall near the bathroom window. Called about this and still no action taken. So please take your money somewhere else. When you move in they fix things the same day you call once you get settled in they don't wanna fix nothing. I will not be resigning my lease here. But they want the rent on time!!!!!"

"Been here for 4-5 yrs. Nice community in West Highlands for walking and bike riding. The neighbors are to them selves for the most part. There's decent facilities for working out, a laundromat, and a pool. Not bad pricing but the location is excellent. Price goes up every year of course. For those looking to move here beware of the quarterly inspections. The management team will come and inspect your unit a few times a yr which means you have to prep by cleaning floors, appliances, and bathroom fixtures. If it wasn't for the location, I would have left because of that. If you fail inspections they will warn you and come back--or terminate lease. There is security walking or driving around. Incident rarely happens but always lock up your cars. You will rarely see anyone walking these apartments that's not living here. But for the most part, the place looks how it is. 95% peaceful and clean. There's a few occupants who could be cleaner but they probably will move soon bc rent over $1050 demands respect. The same 2bd apartments were $826 four years ago. This may be my last yr bc of houses cost less if you can get approved. I hope this helps someone-"

"Overall a good community. The management is nice and responsive the neighbors are annoying. Their kids are disrespectful. The mess up the hallways. Some if the families living here are so dirty and messy."
